Bro go with it...if you upgrade with builder you will pay double...engineered hardwood flooring is good for 25-30 yrs... Same is case with backslash and Paint. you can do it later and it will be lot cheaper...my friends house we did both backslash and hardwood ourselves..And it costed him very less Jai PK !!
