clear aindi final ga brief ga summary joiined in company A filed GC withPD 2013 and labor query for 2 yrs...was going thru, mean while company A acquired by B and they transferred h1b, started GC and perm and I140 approved with PD 2014. now 140 amendment has to be done....on to company B.... they applied ikkade interval twist at one fineday we found that the PD on the first 140 is printed as 2014 date (company B PD) not 2013 date. final ga lawyer 2 SR lu pedthe 2 months ki set aindi..now PD is ported to current employer aka B awith 2013 PD.
