Delhi: One wonders what could be the reason for young minds turning so criminal. In the NCR Delhi, a young man turned a psycho due to love rejection from his teacher. But he went on killing rampage. Surender Singh killed young teacher Karuna by stabbing her 22 times because the teacher rejected his proposal. What shocked police is that Surender Singh danced by going around her body for a while after stabbing her like a psychopath. An eye witness gave this information to police and even told police that he tried to save her but no one on the road came in to his assitance.
