sorry and glad both of you are safe. you are rear ended. Every thing comes from other insurance. Talk to the insurance agent. I would even recommend consulting a lawyer. They will try to adjust your car values but you will have lot of rights .. Just consult a lawyer. He will tell you what need to be covered.. Last time when I rear ended other guys lawyer sued my insurance . I don't know how much they settled but State Farm dropped me after that incident. | ||

dont forget to sue them and make sure you go to hospital immediately and get tested for whole body and scanned as well for imp places like neck, lower back etc., also keep all such medical visits for upcoming one/two years and put them into this accident account. Same with ur buddodu.
