RE guys andaru ikade unnaru kabattii asking. 2012 lo Wipro pakkana (Its in the the vicinity of amrraja, Deloitte) Golf Edge lo booked an apt 200osft@5500 (Include furniture). and paid Rs lks as advance and later took loan for the rest and builder is paying the interest. Couple of months back principal payment started. Handover delay ayyindhi and mostly I will get it by end of year.
I ma not anymore interested in the apt. What to do now? What is the going rate?

Any help appreciated.

Do u need to take loan or have savings.

Por example if u take loan 0f Rs 30 lakhs ur monthly EMI will be around Rs30K

25K rent avcche apartment ante nearly 1500 or 1600 sft vuntundhi.

so u have to put 60-75 lakhs investment (car parking, facilities etc). Plus aa rent raavalante u have to spend around Rs 6 lakhs plus for woodwork (wardrobes).


SO all depends on how much spare cash u have

Problem entante it is an old complex. Pakkane Cyberzon undhi more recent construction. Inka Citizens pakkana Cyber Life under construction now. So, there is a vast supply of apartments in that region that far exceeds the demand. Buyers market akkada... not sellers.

Spoke to a RE guy, he is suggesting that he could get upto 70L for the unit, but owner already has a 71L offer, so you think this is good offer and he should accept it?

Pete, next course of action is apartment registration on Buyers name. Akkada prevailing government for that apartment in SFT telusukoni (may be 2000/sft ante so 34Lacs ) ki regsitration chesukovali, rest all depends on how the buyer pays the seller..

Seller ki loan vunte , bank mortgage clear cheyochu or I guess there is a way to Buyer can transfer it on to his name after registration
