Daily morning 30 min evening 30 min walking... 15 min workouts... Dinner replaced with fruits/protein shake/fresh juice... ivanna dobbinchukontunte 1 month lo 4 pounds down...

Do jump rope for 30 seconds and reach up to 60 reps
30 secs rest
Do FULL burpee 10 reps in 30 seconds
30 secs rest

Once your body get to used to it now challenge your self
By reducing rest time to 25, 20, 15, 10 and finally 5 seconds

That's it you will be ripped of fully
You will see change in few days itself :-)

Jump rope and burpees
Start with few and increase gradually
Don't use treadmill etc equipments

Just one rope and use maximum your body
Balancing focus on core do it.

It's difficult but very much achievable with strong desire and determination.

But increased protein intake

Having grilled chicken patty 4 pieces per day ==> 88g of protein
Quinoa with grilled chicken
Cottage cheese as snack
Almonds as snack
Boiled veggies at night it contains bracolli spinach carrot beetroot almonds
1 protein shake per post work out ==> 56g protein
1 banana per pre work out

That's all I eat

Me doing more compound exercises more and more
I stopped doing isolated exercises

Morning weighted squats, bench press
Lounges with weights, pull ups and dips
Free weights been up to 45 lbs on each hand
Finally ends with steppers 3 to 5 mins with good amount of pace.

Night more jump ropes min 10 sets each set 100reps
50 pull ups, 50 push ups and 50 burpeee
Walking lounges 60 steps and squat jumping on bench 50 reps
By the time I am done with that me looks like I took bath :D

but in general..don't find an excuse to skip exercise and say that I am compensating with diet reduction
