None of these banned Swiss challenges, they established parameters and perimeters for the swiss challenge process....The litigation is not even based on those parameters or perimeters...This is about 2 technically incompetent companies who do not have even basic experience of 500 crores projects, and which lack even minimal international experience in executing projects wanting to force AP govt to give them contracts... Unless the judges are myopic, this case will be struck down outright based on the ineligibility of the 2 bidders.
