i will go two rounds around the ground for warm up before beginning the game (streching cheyanu le) muscle warm up alone is not helping . choostha ee sari strechings chesi dhigutha emanna helping untadhemo .. koddhiga elanti strchs cheyyalo cheppandi.

oka 3 wks back cricket aadeppudu na right thigh lo vipareethamaina pain due to muscle cramp or pull i don't know ..

ippatiki recover aindhi ..doing some jogging running etc normally on regular basis ..

back to normal le anukunna kaani ivvala office vaalla retreat lo cricket aadam malli same muscle starting paining ..

for me.... before i started running, i used to get frequent migraines. but once i started running, after 15 days or so.. i stopped getting. As long as i run, i don't have any migraine issues. Once i stop running.. after couple of months.. migraine comes back

depends on body anukuntunnaa...proper care theesukunte mokal chippal aragav anukuntunnaaa...marathans lo 50 plus vallu bochedu mandi run chestharu without issues.

its all about proper stretching, strengthening calfs and hamstrings. slow ga miles build cheyatam, proper footwear...etc etc

Nothing to do with walking/running, its with age. However taking some precautions will prevent injuries.

1.Good shoes
2.Stretch before running.
3.Don't overdo, understand your body and gradually increase.
4.Good diet, especially no masalas, fried food.

walking ki no problem, over running ki issues untayi..

just think about it from an evolutionary point of view, we are designed to walk everywhere..whether to fetch food..water..or even mates..

you run only when you want get away from danger asap..

so, run limit chesi walking increase cheyyandi...no issues..
