As many know, Maine and Nebraska split their electoral votes by Congressional district. Maine has never actually ended up splitting their electoral votes in an election, but is there a chance of that this year? Trump is up in the only poll in Maine CD2 and 538 has him with a 44% chance of winning it While unlikely, there is a scenario where Maine's 2nd Congressional District could make the difference.
