Until 2010 ISRO rocket fuel tanks, both the boosters and the external tank were measured by weight before discarding them. Yeh you are right. Looks like they were using PSLV rockets till now which dont have enough capacity to launch communication satellites. GSLV should enable them to get into a larger market | ||
