yem septhiri yem septhiri... kaani relationships are two-way rapport.. Oka Higher Authority ki, oka Subordinate ki, both ways trust establish avvakapothey... Subordinate sanka naakaalsinde.. Most Consultants are in one-way Subordinates only. Experience will eventually teach them to tread unfavorable work-places carefully. Technology/Skill is a one-way path.
