ninna night i was walking the dog on the sidewalk of a rd where the speed limit is 40 and no street lights median/divider lo break undhi to go to apts on other side oka desi annai, crossed the street in pitch darkness, rubber cheppulu , bermuda shorts...that too walked on the road parallel to divder for some distance before crossing the street 90% chance a car under speed limit cannot see him chusina naakay shake ayindhee... ...all he had to do was walk 20 more yards on the sidewalk to get to the point where he can cross the road under a safer scenario | ||

Bus digi road cross chesthunte... bad luck ALPHARETTA, GA (CBS46) - Alpharetta police have identified the pedestrian struck by a car and killed near the intersection of Old Milton Parkway and Haynes Bridge Road Tuesday morning. According to George Gordon, a spokesman for the Alpharetta Police Department, Chekuri Guatam, 36, a native of India with an Ocala, Florida, address, had just stepped off a MARTA bus at a bus stop across the street from the Walmart Neighborhood Market. Guatam walked alongside the bus, then walked behind it, and stepped into the roadway near a crosswalk, Gordon said. âAccording to witnesses, the traffic light was green at the time, so he was not lawfully allowed to enter the crosswalk,â said Gordon. A white Lexus sedan that apparently had the green light struck the man, killing him, Gordon said. The driver immediately stopped. âThat person is obviously distraught about the incident that occurred," he said.
