for example universe has starte 13 billions ago

if the universe started expanding at the speed of light the whole observable universe across is 26 billion light years ,which is wrong

universe is expanding at the speed of light plus travelling of the actual universe so the total universe across is 94 billion light years

according to theory of relativity to answer your question 1.2 speed of light is possible in relative terms,

but in actual speed of light never changes.

Chinnappudu chaduvukundhi,

If any object goes with a velocity equal to escape velocity, the gravitational force doesn't have any effect on that object
Please remember well of death here

In the same way, a satellite has to travel at speeds more than the escape velocity to go in to space. After a certain distance (500KM and up), there isnt any earth's gravitational force effect oh the object. There are different orbits where satellites can be placed such as LEO, MEO, GEO. The satellites can be placed in these orbits

koncham off-topic.

Here is what we learnt so far from the books:

1. If there is a car moving at 30 mph and you are in a car travelling in opposite direction at 40 mph. As an observer, you see the first car coming in at 70 mph (30 + 40)

2. Nothing moves faster than light in universe.

Putting the 2 together, let's say:

1. A space shuttle is moving at 0.51 speed of light (little over half the speed of light).
2. You are in another space shuttle, travelling in opposite direction at 0.51 speed of light.

As an observer, would you see the 1st space shuttle moving at 0.51 + 0.51 = 1.02 speed of light? Which means, 1st space shuttle moving faster than speed of light?

As per Einstein's General Theory of Relativity, Aging is directly proportional to Gravity.
Light is the only known dual-medium (particle and wave) that is uninfluenced by Gravity, so there is no such a thing as Aging, or deteriorating for Light.

As of November 6, 2013, a total of 536 people from 38 countries have gone into space according to the FAI guideline (543 people have qualified when including the US Department of Defense classification). Of the 536, three people completed only a sub-orbital flight, 533 people reached Earth orbit, 24 traveled beyond low Earth orbit and 12 walked on the Moon.

Space travelers have spent over 29,000 person-days (or a cumulative total of over 77 years) in space including over 100 person-days of spacewalks.[2]

As per Einstein's General Theory of Relativity, Aging is directly proportional to Gravity.
Light is the only known dual-medium (particle and wave) that is uninfluenced by Gravity, so there is no such a thing as Aging, or deteriorating for Light.
If Humans escape the influence of Gravity, then there is no aging antaadu...
However, Aging is directly proportional to metabolism. With or without gravity, so long as metabolism proceeds at a known constant rate, aging ideally shouldn't stop.

Jambalahaart_raja:

Polar typically complete 1 revolution around earth in 90 minutes.

so manaki 1 day (one rotation) on Earth = 90 Minutes for the Astronaut

Which means Astronaut will complete 16 Revolutions around Earth in one Day.
If Earth's one rotation is considered as one day, that implies Astronaut completes 16 days in space with relative to Earth's one day

So Astronaut age fast ga peruguthunda?

Brahma lokam lo unna Brahma ki oka roju = manaki 4 yugas antaru ga.
So a logic prakaram ayithye space lo unte age slow avvali ga!!

Satellites are 2 types.
Polar and Geo-stationery.
Polar typically complete 1 revolution around earth in 90 minutes.
Geo-stationery, as the name suggests, is fixed position.
Polar satellites are best used for surveillance, spying, mostly military operations.
Geo-stationery for Communications, although, all satellites have necessary equipment to communicate with any nearest satellite.
Your question is valid.
Outerspace has already become a huge junk yard for unused, obsolete satellites. Most satellites have a life-span of 4 to 5 years only, as hardware begins to deteriorate due to unearthly conditions.
There is also excessive space junk due to satellites colliding with one another. The theme of the movie Gravity, is a hugely valid concern.
