Ikkada ala anipinchaledu... NPT at its core is a very good story but aa story kosam select chese premise valla cinema pedaga ekkadhu, ika sukku paithyam scenes aithe cheppakaraledu (atleast konchem limit chesadu which worked for NPT) You have your way. NPT - Poorly made movie. Directed attempted to make a logical movie but made a mockery. The explanation for Jagapathi Babu winning in the game of silver and gold balls was taken from game theory but it was so poorly understood and depicted that an undergrad student would have received a failing grade if he had done that. There were many other scenes such as that a huge oil and gas project was conceived without even checking the quantity of natural resources available. A billionaire was shown to be so dumb and poorly organized that he and his staff could be fooled by a person who speaks Arabic claiming to be a Morroccan prince (without any communication from that country's official sources). Such a businessman can be robbed simply by copy pasting the typical Nigerian scammers spam email. Antha long plan avasaram ledu. Even his business knowledge was so bad that a commoner was passed off as the promoter of a big oil and gas project. Background checks for the acquisition of a Kirana store would be better! I am not against illogical movies like Hridaya Kaleyam. But NPT was disappointing as it was made like a logical one but that was what it lacked the most! Bottomline: May appeal to whose mathematics is so bad that they feel that doing 25 square in one's mind is magical and therefore think some people who can do 25 square in their mind can also instantly and accurately calculate where each coin in a carrom's game would end up after the first stroke. 2/5 Janatha Garage: Refreshing to see a mass hero do a good message oriented movie and be the character rather than NTR. Environment is usually not given importance in Telugu movies, this was a welcome exception. Mohan Lal delivered a good performance with ease. Background score was good.
