Situation: CBI court grants bail to Jaggu after 1. Two key CBI officers were denied extension by the government 2. Joint Director post was left vacant, IG post was downgraded and given to junior officer 3. CBI advocate was changed by the govt. New advocate made very brief argument against bail. Jaggu fans' analysis: No govt. can interfere in such matters, district level courts in our state are all highly independent. Situation: Govt. decides to break convention and avoid appeal against Jaggu's bail. Not only SC, even appeal to HC was avoided. Given the gravity of charges and prima facie evidence that convinced two separate benches involving 4 SC judges, at least appeal to HC is the norm. But an exception was made for Jaggu. Jaggu fans' analysis: There is no political involvement in this. The decision to avoid appeal was taken by honest officers who were not under any political influence. Sonia, under the direction of Babu, tried her best to seek bail cancellation but unlike SC judges and CJI, these honest officers refused to listen to her and Babu. Situation: July 2011, Jaggu appeals to Supreme Court for stay against investigation ordered by a constitutional court. Jaggu fans analysis: Appeal for stay is the essential because Jaggu is a Member of Parliament. Entire functioning of Parliament will come to a hault if he gets distracted due to investigation/cases. Situation: Babu appeals to Hyderabad High Court against investigation ordered by a district level court on a petition moved by a YSRCP MLA.
