For the first time, in the 2013-14 fiscal, Singapore became the biggest source of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into India at over $4 billion. If u take Vijayawada and Guntur, both are densely populated and stood in top 30 cities list in India in terms of population density, building a capital here will make this area more denser and results will be catastrophic 2. Large scale capital is not the need of the hour, AP can build road networks, ports and spend reasonable amount on primary education ( AP literacy rate is one of lowest in India), Large scale capital will not solve labour migration in UA and drought in Rayalseema 3.
