AP has sent many letters to TG to give the information, but no response. Look at the institutions listed in 9th and 10th schedule , i have given the link below..just look at them..you will how much value they can create...any figure is over hyped or underplayed unless we give a realistic thought on that, which AP is not vigourously doing..asalu ilanti vishayalalo enta speed gaa undaali..I hope CM gives this a top priority and get sorted out..I wish CBN does that... | ||

and I think teh properties will not be stand alone ,they will be share of buildings .Suppose if there is a 5 stories building,3 floors may go to AP and 2 floors to TG..and selling partial buildings will be a big task as most corporates and real estate companies don't want to buy a building which as a govt offices occupied in remaining part of the property .So may not fetch big premiums .May be leasing out is the best option to get steady income | ||

Is it the value of buildings only or funds/deposits in bank is also included? what about the land ? Is it owned by AP govt or TG govt ? cos land is not bought by united AP govt (and the valuation of these properties is because of the land) There are some properties in AP too..they too are valued in thousands of crores ? | ||
