Yes Bro.. Nenu June 1st week book chesanu.. Then only September dates were available in Mumbai. Chennai/Hyd dates were not there. you can change the appointment 3 times. My advise is to take the earliest appointment at any consulate. keep checking for your consulate. You will get the desired date for sure. I am 100% confident. If you keep checking, you will get it the next week also. But you can change 3 times only. So make sure that you change the dates with caution. Once you get the desired appointment, if the consulate is different from the original booking, then submit a new DS160 with correct consulate and carry both confirmations to the finger printing. | ||

I am in India trip now. I went for stamping on 11th. Visa stamping was very easy.. They did not ask me any document except I-797. I was taking other documents out, but she said not required. Just 2 questions. Who is employer, who is client thats it.. Visa status changed to issued today. General observation is, F1 rejections are very very high.. When I was in line, they rejected atleast 10-12 F1 visas. examples: 1) One guy GRE score is 278. So VO asked him your GRE score is 294, yours is 278 what is the difference. This guy replied 14 then said sorry it is 24. He immediately rejected saying you are not qualified and dont apply for 1 year.. Devuda, ilanti vaallu kuda ready ayipothunnara? 2) VO asked one guy about source of funds. He answered the FAQ answer. VO smiled and rejected.. No more questions. 3) VO asked one guy on why this course. this guy started something about his dreams of studying in USA. Matter repeat. 4) Oka H1 reject.. aayana cheppe answers ki nenu unna reject chesevadini.. | ||

has your friend checked the current visa page,....they will always stamp CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE on the existing visa page... I had the same thing done 6 yrs ago when i went back for a student Visa stamping....3-4 months inka unna oopukunta vellanu and they gave me a pink slip 221G and gave back the passport immediately....
any reason why the dropbox was not approved and instead given a inperson interview.... | ||

Bro.. Please ask him not to travel.. It is not advisable. Also, bhaya pettatledhu kani.. 221g takes upto 3-6 months.. They cleared in 2 weeks for a friend but for it might take longer. | ||

Issued in hyderabad consulate for approved h1b. Passport meedha stamping valid for sept 20th 2016 (Old h1b). 221g kosamu 4-5 weeks agalsindhee naa lekapothee valid stampiong meedha vaccheyoccha ? |
