akkada ippudu three houses maatrame unnai - Ankanam 25-30 velu chebutunnaru.
Memu konna site 43 ankanams with house built on it -

Edho medical college vasthundhi ani oka talk but its getting delayed -

Investment kite..... Renigunta to Srikalahasti varaku ....max acres purchase cheyyandi..... enko 10-15 years lo x3-4 times min possible....

Srikalahasti towards Tirupati side better I think.. as the cost of land is cheap comparitively (yerpadu, renigunta) and sooner or later... costs around srikalahasti will catch up with yerpedu too......

Ippati varaku dead investment.
