If you file H1-extension (or amendament) + H4 extension + H4 EAD -- all together and pay premium processing fee for H1 extension --- all 3 will get processed at "premium processing" speed. I didn't believe this when my attorney told me - but when I saw it in action...it felt good. Good luck. | ||

Applied in march end and it took 75 days to get approved in california center. Heard processing times are less in other centers. some ppl got approved within 6 weeks. You cannot work with receipt. I765 fill chesi supporting docs pettatame. You can do it on your own. Okavela employer i140 ivvakapothe.
