good thing for our team he never micromanage....all he check status weekly once...thats it...he even care team in such a way that we were kids...asks we having any work pressure or need more time finish tasks..or even if want us to work on off hours/weekend he gives headsup a week or few days before....such a wonderful guy..... | ||
