US nunchi vache passengers Mumbai to Hyd ...luggage losing ..specially Air India.rings a bell to me this happened to my MIL also few years back and at the airport there were few people at the same time with the same leg.. apparently my MIL lost the only suit case which had pattu sarees and not the other one.. so targetted gaa lepesthar.. also back in the day, irrespective of the worth of the articles in the suit case...people get only Rs 25,000..so adi oka mafia ani naaku samajh ayyindi not sure what is the latest compensation amount.. but be prepared for the situation that your suitcase is never coming back  return vasthe maaku party ivvandi | ||

Air india hyd airport staff is very very good.. Etihad ki they manage luggage and other local services.. Naa blue big bag evaro item gadu adi bag anukoni eskoni ellipoyad... AI staff worked with me to get it back.. Andar junior staff unde kaani they did very well http://i.imgur.com/hJOZ9iv.gif | ||

One guys calls Vja and says luggage will come to Vja bus stand and u need to pick up. She said, I cannot come there can u pls bring it in an Auto and will pay. Finally on Thursday luggage arrives home (did not call again if all items are safe) on Thursday evening Lesson: Air India is good and not as bad as it's been said about it or big improvement when it comes to delayed/lost luggage compared to few years back when we had worst experience. My mom traveled on Sunday to Hyd from JFK via New Delhi and Mumbai. Landed safely on Monday only to find that no luggage in Hyd. The guy who is supposed to help her using the Wheel Chair took the boarding tickets and slips only to say it did not come from Mumbai it seems. Filed complaint and left for Vja same night (rather mid night) to reach Vja on Tues. I called AI via Toll Free from here and explained. First guy who took the call said "No complaint number, cannot do anything". Called again. Second guy was patient enough to listen and understand what could have gone to a old lady who can speak telugu and some english. Nice enough to find the complaint number. Confirmed that luggage went from Mumbai to Hyd in another flight and reached by 6 PM Tues. Next day it will be dispatched via courier to Vja TBC Jihvaagre Vartate Lakshmi, Jihvaagre Mitra Baandhavaha Jihvaagre Bandhanam Praapti, Jihvaagre Maranam Dhruvam |
