Folks Some time back I had discussed about a relative's case. Employee---Vendor V1---V2---V3---Client Employee signed a non-solicitation agreement with V1 ( I think around 20K USD). The agreement she has now is not actually signed by V1 representative. Employee now joined V3 directly. V1 is pissed and filed a court case for damages, punitive loss etc. Please share if you know or had a good expernece with any employment/labot lawyer in central NJ. |
