Please check with your nearest Canadian Consulate,I think now the visitor visa is not issued at any consulate.You need to apply online and submit the passport at Visa Processing center in person or by mail,after the visa is approved and passport is requested ( will take 1 to 3 weeks for whole process) Most Important,if you are returning back by road from Mexico or Canada ,you MAY not be issued fresh I-94 ,if the existing i-94 is still valid | ||

here is the situation. My friends daughter is on H4 status ( On I-94 it shows h4) . To get hope scholar ship she has to on EAD status. Now she needs to go out of USA and come back with I-94 EAD status. What is the best and cheapest way to get this status. 1) Going to canada. Needs to go to detroit get visitor visa fly to canada and come back with stamping. 2) Mexico , don't know the details... 3) fly to india and come back. Evaraina ei situation lo vunna vallu telisa ? what is the best way to tackle this. I think the cheapest is india ..go there for a weeke and come back. Mexico option ela vuntundi ...is it safe? The other option is going to jamica or any westindies countries where we don't need visa to go and while coming back you can get the visa stamping.
