Chala loop holes untayi...you are joining the client not the vendor..so client clause doesnt actually apply. Employers who tried to enforce this client clause, failed to win in court..this doesnt stand water. Ask the employer to match the clients offer if not jump@jilani | ||

Friend working in E-V-C model....working with this employer and client for more than 2 years.. now client wants to hire him FT...offer also is good anta..offer accept sesthe regular bc check and h1b filing pending.. but he said...client wants no-obj letter or email from vendor and employer anta... how to tell employer and when....he is saying employer is reasonable....he may listen..but not sure... so, how to deal with this scenario ?...when to request employer ?...right now....or wait until background check is complete so that it leaves little time for employer to do anything crazy.. 2) client ki offer letter sign jeshina mathrana...does that mean...he has to join them ?...job start day mundu backoff avtcha if any issues ? http://i.imgur.com/hJOZ9iv.gif |
