friend locking up a FT offer... he has about 6 yrs of working exp. andulo 2 years he is with a current client as contractor...now they want to convert him over to FT..he already has eb2 140. new company said They will start GC asap...their positions typically need 5 yrs of exp. anta.. now, yee case he has 6 years total...but 2 years are as a contractor with the same client.. can that exp. be counted into that 5 yrs ? will this satisfy 5 years needed reqrmt for eb2 in new company ? http://i.imgur.com/hJOZ9iv.gif |
