EMC anniya, I enquired about these plots in 2014 when the running rate was 16k,aa time lo vasavi vaadu site settle ayyadu..and all I got is this information from them... 3 acres lo he is building the apartments.. and other part of land is also in his control.. opposite to this venture is Raghavendra shelters which is clear.. | ||

wrong info, vasavi is building towers, not gated community/independent houses they don't made agreement with all of the plot owners, they bought some and building it there are no cases afain | ||

This layout has issues earlier.. so Vasavi builders has made an agreement with all the plot owners. Vasavi is now building a huge gated community in this layout, so plot owners will get there share in the gated community... bottomline entante, even if you have a plot in HAL, you have to go with vasavi builders and get your sqyd:sft share | ||
