attorneys are best in this situation to answer. my opinion, they need to go out of county and come back in Oct through H1 after getting Visa. Or They can apply to reconsider the rejected application,but they cannot work till it is approved, generally it takes longer than normal application processing. best option is to go out of this county | ||

A friend of mine in a dicey situation He is in USA on L1 visa His L1 - I-94 expired on May 21st. The company applied for his L1 Visa extension in December 2015 The company also applied for his H1 visa in 2016 and he was picked in the lottery - with H1 starting from October 2016 Now his wife got denial letter to home on L2 extension(or L1 dependent asking her to leave country)on Monday The uscis website says his L1 extension has been denied and a letter is sent the attornies with reason and options. If the letter is not received by July 29th - we can call USCIS and request for copy Attornies are saying they have not received the letter yet.. What are his options |
