Recently my H1B was approved but I noticed my name is spelled incorrectly in the receipt. Next my employer sent an email to USCIS asking them to correct it. USCIS has responded on the same day agreeing it was a mistake and they will be taking care of it. Immediately after that my case was re-opened, this is the current status since April 5th, 2016.
