Very Sad state of affairs. Back in late 80's when I was teen, these incidents were (not rape related but threatening victims and witnesses ) was very common. I have seen few very closely. I think things got better with more media exposure and seemingly better education but not completely eradicated. | ||

The family said two of the five accused in the rape were arrested in 2013. However, they were out on bail. It's like threatening her....that the crime would be continued "by others" unless she withdraws ..... When there are so many bad apples, there might be something wrong with the orchard -- reference intended | ||
