Each tmc would help in cultivating avg 11,000 acres of land. Approx 9 lakh acres would be benefited either for stabilizing existing Ayacut or for new Ayacut. More water u divert better the numbers would be. Each acre would approx yield 80,000 rs worth of produce. Earlier they would have been getting 30,000 rs produce as they were dependent on rain. It would be a net benefit of 50,000 rs per acre. It's a 4500 crore additional income comes into the market. As the money rotation would result at least 2x impact, it's a 10,000 cr benefit in terms of total gross |
