Calvin Yep so ppl first start work out at regular gym Once body ready to cooperate or mould then Go for crossfit So don't ever go directly to cross fit Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bimmer does not matter. |

Ustad Miya Any exercise helps you to reduce fat to extent and tone your body But to get and maintain clear definition of abs First diet next exercise How much you do exercise u do if you don't control diet I bet it's difficult to maintain clear definition of abs Driving is my PASSION. you need not to got cross fit specially.. in regular gym everyday people go for 20 min cardio and exercise one part of the body.. to get good result make sure you mix and do it without breaks. Also try to max out. Add boxing, push ups, pull ups.. max Pandulu drainaige guntalo undi matladukuntai anta.. Chi Chi Manushulu ala ela untaru.. chi chi.. |

crossfit is the best that i have come across for the results.. It gave me very good results.. But it can be injury prone so you have to be very careful.. |

Cross fit is on basic formula where you give very short break and do multiple things out of ordinary. It is intensive workout. Boxing, Farmer walk and pushup , pull ups and chest exercise. Rope, tire , dead lifts, front squat, shoulder and cardio. Rope climbing , jump, sprint, pushups, heavy ball lift. etc. Tell you alla gyms would fade away and crossfits fill emerge. it is all happening. now my workout time is just 30 min.. but i maxout..boxing, farmer walk, dead lift , front squat, push up. weighted push ups. kavali ante.. go and watch new documentary in crossfit in netflix.. recently added Pandulu drainaige guntalo undi matladukuntai anta.. Chi Chi Manushulu ala ela untaru.. chi chi.. |
