i140 (like H1 etc) are employer owned.. legally employer doesnt need to provide any details. Candidate only own H4, 485 etc. So, be nice to get the details, if you can. If not FOIA is your friend | ||

Same with my old employer, i moved to ft after i140 approval. Filed foia and got approved application copy hoping that it will help tp retain old pd. You have to wait until you got approval on i140 annd then file foia. Until then there is nothing you can do other that just to trust your employer.
