Usually I will check online and go to agent to book tickets that way it is cheaper I will also check with my agent to see any options | ||

If you cancel for work related reasons, you may be able to use cancellation due to work. You will have to get a letter from an officer of the company (C-level exec). But, cancellation due to any reason is the most straight forward. Make sure the plan you choose has this option. | ||

You will need to cancel your trip at least 48 hours before the flight and get a letter from the airlines or agent that the ticket is non-refundable and you did not get any future credit. It's easiest to get a letter from an agent. | ||

Had to use it a few times  Take cancellation for any reason insurance. Very straight forward, you get 75% refund. | ||
