yeah, if we go by the actual ingredients it will be bland... Spices proportions penchi, konchem pepper powder add chesa (mirchi powder aithe color change aipotundi ani avoided)...

I had the genuine gushtaba over 15 years back - a close Kashmiri friend took me to a Kashmiiri joint in Delhi haat in the peak of winter where they gave us blankets and coal pots to keep us warm and fed us with Goshtaba. I don't remember liking it too much, it was a bit bland + sweet. I am not a great admirer of Kashmiri waazwaaan. Mana taste buds ki enduko saripadaledhu.

Hmm - try cheyyali ..thanks for posting ..

The fact that it is an Indian nv dish but has no heat - no chillies, black pepper or cloves is in itself a novelty .. Kashmiri food tends to have little/ no pungent spices - but lot of fragrant ones :-)

Ee roju maa intla kuda special...

kapura (goat testilces) + (kidneys) + khaleja (liver) with spinach and Methi dry... yummyyyy untadi... inko 15 mins la done...

Ante idi cheddam ani plan leka ground mutton teesukoledu... Mutton ni blend cheyyadam, spices anni fresh ga prepre chesa like fennel/cumin dry roast chesi danni powder cheyyadam etc.
