I had the genuine gushtaba over 15 years back - a close Kashmiri friend took me to a Kashmiiri joint in Delhi haat in the peak of winter where they gave us blankets and coal pots to keep us warm and fed us with Goshtaba. I don't remember liking it too much, it was a bit bland + sweet. I am not a great admirer of Kashmiri waazwaaan. Mana taste buds ki enduko saripadaledhu. |

Hmm - try cheyyali ..thanks for posting .. The fact that it is an Indian nv dish but has no heat - no chillies, black pepper or cloves is in itself a novelty ..
