They cannot directly go to court and ask for immediate implementation... there is a process... first u need to inform those institutions about share and based on the reply, u have to go to court and ask.. we are following process I guess Technically I oppose but Heartfully I accept - Pulp | ||

It is always the aggrieved party who should be proactive to resolve/fight for the issues. Do you think TRS has clout in central govt ? If so they would have got HC bifurcated long ago Why AP govt is not going to supreme court again for implementing the "judgement" ? | ||

You may be right..but there are lot of contradictions in the bill..once section says allocation of assets based on population ratio and other section says based on location I am not taking any side,but just posted the reasons for the delay in bifurcation ! TDP is part of central govt.It is high time to use it's influence upon central Govt and get it resolved .Who stopped ?? | ||

another good news for AP. Hyd lo secretariat builds release cheyataledu TG ki till all assets are shared. Though Andhra is currently expediting the process of shifting most of its government staff to Amaravati, where it will build a greenfield capital city, it prefers not to hand over existing Hyderabad premises to Telangana government before ensuring rightful share in several assets now under dispute. Actually AP govt filed case in AP high court against freezing of APSCHE Funds.But it was struck down by High court.Further AP approached Supreme court and supreme court gave judgement in that case to divide assets on population ration with in 2 months.If both states can not reach a agreement with in 2 months,it directed the center to intervene While delivering the judgment supreme court has observed that the assets should be divided on population ratio I have not read the full judgment ,if the court said it will be applicable Eventually supreme court is final for implementation of any LAWS enacted ! But TG govt argument is that it will not apply as the re-org bill does not say so and filed a review petition.The central govt is not intervening stating the petition is pending in court Hope there will be a amicable solution soon ! | ||
