if you have to avoid white rice..daily ade oatmeal tinukunta do not feel bored.. try different things.. oatmeal 2 days in a week.. grits 1-2 days raagi sankati...1 day chapati...1 day.. salads 1-2 days... ila try and change it up.. sesani.. raagi sankati eda dorukuthado telvadi abba..i dont think maa urla untadi rajin baa... kroger, walmart types stores lo untadi grits...usually beside oats section ye untadi.. mostly butter grits or plane grits untayyii.. just like white rice is tasteless, grits also pedha taste undav...it takes the taste of the curry that you mix it with.. try maadu..2 bucks ke manchi size pack vastadi... or try grits in any restaurents...usually shrimp and grits ammuthar hotels lo..
