inga dinner 35 years varaku rice not a problem tharvatha work out cheyani bahdhakistulu pulka with curry no yogut no citric or sweet fruits tho kaanivandi ayya ..asalu bothiga telvadam ledhu ekalam youth ki bhojanam ni aswadhinchadam karma

if you have to avoid white rice..daily ade oatmeal tinukunta do not feel bored..

try different things..

oatmeal 2 days in a week..

grits 1-2 days

raagi sankati...1 day

chapati...1 day..

salads 1-2 days...

ila try and change it up..

kroger, walmart types stores lo untadi grits...usually beside oats section ye untadi..

mostly butter grits or plane grits untayyii..

just like white rice is tasteless, grits also pedha taste undav...it takes the taste of the curry that you mix it with..

try maadu..2 bucks ke manchi size pack vastadi...

or try grits in any restaurents...usually shrimp and grits ammuthar hotels lo..
