partially correct...my PD is 2008...July VB has nov04 as actual date and jul09 as filing date...but still I can't apply now using the filing date as vaallu mentioned to use only actual date | ||

From your post, I understand your pd is Jul 2009. eb2 priority date is Nov 2004. no you can't apply for 485. wait till it reaches july 2009 Some things don't change. the rest are useless | ||

not about interlinking....final action dates and filing dates unnayi ga ippudu...though the filing date in the chart is jul09, we can't apply now as they specifically mentioned that next month's bulletin should use only final action dates....if they determine they have enough numbers then they will mention "may use filing dates"....but for now they are looking at only action date  and interlinking ippude chesukovala or apply chesukunepudu kuda chesukovacha ? | ||

ante, example: PD 2006 Jan unte, adi reach aithene you can do interlinking between eb3 -> eb2 antunnada.
