EU lo business chese vaallaki EU lo office vundaali. so a lot of big companies have offices in London, operating for entire EU. But, with Brexit, Those companies will also have to have offices in EU along with London. So, a lot of companies are going to have RIFs in London and move some of those jobs to EU. So, some people who lost jobs in London may not like to stay in London and may prefer to come to US instead. this migration causes more H1Bs for people from Europe... and EB1/EB2/EB3 - ROW (rest of the world) demand would increase. Also, in the future months and years to come, more countries would come out of EU and EU gets disintegrated eventually. as it happens, more and more jobs will be lost and more and more people would like to migrate to USA. This also adds pressure on H1B and EB1/EB2/EB3 ROW numbers. with this additional ROW demand, there will be lesser and lesser chance of horizontal and vertical spill over of visas. Bottom line is...
