FT job is not by the hour. its by the job..you just dont work 8-5 you will work all the time even on most weekends to meet your job. as long as u do ur job, it doesnt matter..they may fire u..they cant sue you..

people do lot of activities while on job..like re agent etc etc..they do it officially

ee discussion nadichindi. Lead can't be remote. you need to move annadu. nenu no way ante they got approval for full remote. 70% of the team is also remote. So it's the not the case where I am the only one remote.

I did consult one attorney casually. I don't have the employee handbook for company B. He says, worst case scenario you get fired from both places. it's not illegal. Theoretically they can sue you but practically no one does that antadu. Even if they do, I have never heard of someone getting punished by law for working 2 jobs no matter what the company policies antaadu. very confusing ya

Technically ur lying to ur employer... this can be considered as breach of employment and can be considered as fraud..

It totally depends on the employment terms and conditions you have with company A and company B.

- Check with each company A and B on what is their policy on working full time with their company and working as an employee of other company also. Some companies have a very strict policy. You cant even have ur own business if ur employed with them.

- If you breach the the terms and conditions, you will not only get fired but also they can take legal action against u, especially if A and B have same business interests... be very careful.

- ur safe as long as ur not caught, but if they catch u then starts trouble

Working fulltime in company A for last 4 years. 8 months ago Company B full remote contract oppurtunity vasthe teesukunna. Company A lo kooda half the time remote chesthoo elaago ala nadipisthunna. all is well until now. But company B lo nannu lead chesi dobbar. Ippudu aa lead position can't be on contract, you need to convert fulltime ani saava dobbings. Otherwise it will be replaced with someone else antaadu. naaku lead vaddura ante, not an option you have already established as a lead antaadu. Company B's fulltime package is much better than company A. (30% hike and still full remote and one of the fortune 10 companies). But company A is almost free job. no work and secured for life(adi ela ani adagodhhu. adi anthe :-). Rendu fulltime jobs chesthte telisthe lopala estaara or should I quit company A and jump to company B or just stick with company A?
