Chandra Babu Naidu threw the expert opinion into the dustbin and went about constructing the secretariat even against the tribunal orders just because of his lure for amassing tons of money that too by ill gotten means for his selfish aim. The net result is today we find that the fourth block of temporary secretariat sunk by 3 inches into the ground. The giant construction L&T company who is constructing the mega building took all the care by laying a pillar foundation 60 feet beneath the ground yet the structure sinks in by 3 inches, which is very disasters to note and henceforth the LNT experts rushed in and as per the advice a hundred meters extend dismantled and the rubble is being stashed away. A similar instance at Mandadam village, is constructing three floor buildings were that building also sank into the ground and with the help of heavy jockeys the structure should still the photograph follows From the time Chandra Babu announced amaravathi as a capital city and according to him it will be a world class capital. And in the name of world class capital, he started playing with the lives of people in amaravathi he waylaid the food security turning 33000 acres of the richest fertile land of the country into a burial ground. And the agricultural laborers were thrown out of from the work and now they are half starved above 2 lack of agricultural laborers are put out of work and no government in this country can rehabilitate these hordes of people Let us remind the expert opinion of late Siva Rama Krishna committee, which clearly said that even a three storied building is not recommended to construct in amaravathi region. And LO!!! The truth of the committee's words comes out and slaps at the tooth of Chandra Babu Naidu. My submission in the national green tribunal regarding the engineering expects is as follows: the soil in the amaravathi region is not good for construction of huge structures as the water table is very high in the region and more so over the ground level lays lower than the bed of Krishna river hence the ground level has to be raised more than six meters by doing so small cavities are formed. As water table is high and water flow changes its direction and enters into cavities and the cavities become bigger and bigger and paving the way for the structure to sink into the ground and the result is the structure will collapse as a pack of cards it is not a natural catastrophe but a man made disaster. My further submission in NGT was totally in the truth regarding the environment, biodiversity, ecology, climate warming and besides for the fact that the capital designs on the water bodies flood plains and wetlands, this is going to be a total disaster in coming days if at all this construction of the capital goes through by not adhering the expert opinion in this matter.
