You need a engineer /consultant who not only gives plans but do land assessment and do structural drawings as per town planning rules and even get approvals for final drawings They may charge you anywhere between Rs 25k to 1 lakhs or % basis if you retain them to inspect/advice on the construction till final occupancy certificate is received | ||
