i do ..only weekends...25kms.. roju cheyyadam advisable kaadu knees ki(20 miles antunnavu..kabatti..I dont the speed you drive though)...try to do weights or yoga on odd days... and take rest on sunday..


maree bheebatsam speed kaadule annai....i take 30 mins break after 10 miles and return back home. Third day anipinchindi knees pain but after that it was ok and never had any problem.

Bike riders group vaallatho cherudaamani planning....vaallu anni above 50 / 60 miles range lo vunnaru weekends / holidays appudu.

Bro mi inspiration thote GYM join ayya. two months lo 9 Kgs tagga (97 kgs to 88 Kgs). Inko 8 to 9 kgs in another two months. Strict diet with regular gym. Hope I reach my goal.

Bench press lo I am unable to keep shoulder lock position for long time
It's bcos I still don't have enough back and chest muscles to support for heavy weights

But I would increase weights gradually and so build enough muscles :-)

Start with support

But follow this procedure u can improve with continuous practice

Always focus on breathe in and out

First try to Hang without swinging ur body

Count 1 to 10 i.e. breathe in and out makes 1
Like wise 10

Keep core tight and slowly use ur chest and pull your body towards
Up slowly

The more slow u do the better intense u feel

Initially it's very difficult but once get used to it
It's awesome feeling I say

But I decided to cognitive doing that forever

As I am still young got enough potential to lift weights
And my body also cooperating do I continue another decade
By the time I will have very good amount of muscles
And after 55+ I would continue doing body weight exercises
Push-ups pull ups lounges squats etc until my last breathe :-)

by the way I restricted squats to body weight as 1:1(75kgs)..ratio..
infact stopped lifting weights..now more on body weight exercises..

Cross fit I tried but thy are charging too much for weekly one class I paid close to $350+

Where as sane trainer asked me to different place there he is charging $550 per month
But weekly 3 times and it comes per session close to $45 per session I feel it's very reasonable

My suggestion is go by age

If your age below 30 then

Drink enough and eat enough do good intensive exercises like running. Weights etc

If your age is between 30 and 40
Reduce junk food drink only on weekends that too small quantity and continue good intense exercise

If your age is above 40 then

Stop eating junk and stop drinking as well

Just eat healthy and continue exercise with same or more intense

And my trainer suggested more strict diet.
