Retirement Home ki Retirement Village ki nakka ki naga lokaniki vunnantha teda vuntadi.. Retirement Villages are Gated Communities. 1 Bed, 2 Bed independent Homes literally. Retired Couples can live together, have all the amenities - kitchen, cooking, 24 hour water supply, 24 hour electricity, TV, cable connections, own furniture, washer-dryer within the unit etc etc... basically typical house-hold living.. with the added advantage of 24 hour immediate emergency response systems, and personal attendants if need be. i noticed recntly that the middle generation who moved out of villages for works and children education they retired now and wanted to go back to village for a better peace full life out of grown and busy cities ... but village lo vallaki sari iena houses levu...and a age kattuko leka pthunaru but they are curious to come oka four people form iethey chalu vachestharu idi oka good idea for new builder oka great concept design chesi building nice small two bedroom indivudal houses more convient for old age people in village and sell them for returning people people can affort this because , who own houses in cities can be reneted for 10k to 20k and come back to village save lot of that money and have peacefull life.. | ||
