It is unbecoming of the finance minister of AP to not mention Telangana's share when talking about taking possession of Jagathi publications (Sakshi). ED had proved that the attached properties are proceeds of crime but the crime was committed against the undivided AP so if residual AP attempts to deny T it's rightful share, T must file a writ in Hyderabad HC and ask for a share on population basis.
