 2013 lo ilaane Vendor-2 sent me threatening emails and phone-calls.. most unprofessional fellow.. I'll ruin your career. You are out and done in America. Ditched both Direct-Vendor-1 and Vendor-2, and joined Direct-Vendor-3 after a gap of 6 months. Both Vendor-1 and Vendor-2 made lots of noise.. Vendor-2 ayithe.. indaaka cheppagaa.. small-time desi firm... Client ki cheppaa.. Direct-Vendor-3, and Direct-Vendor-1 ki kalipi email kottaadu maa Director... "You do whatever you want, elaa resolve cheskuntaaro cheskondi.. mutually... If my work will stop because the resource cannot work in my team anymore, I'll make sure both your contracts will be nullified across the organization, across the board ani..". Ilaanti contracts definitely law-abiding.. but a person and their source of income ki vasthey... Court Ruling is always in-favor for the Person, than the Company. Thanks bros it seems she signed a contract at the time of joining. ( basically routine stuff) which says pay 20K if you work with direct vendor or client directly within 1 year of leaving us. Is this valid? | ||

Friend's wife was working thru vendor1 for client. There are two more vendors between them, vendor2 and vendor3. They are citizens. Vendor3 is direct vendor. She recently ditched vendors 2 and joined 3. Now she got threatening email from legal division of vendor1 saying that they know she is working directly or indirectly for client which is breach of contract. Question is should they continue to ignore communication with vendors like they have been doing ? |
