Estimation of 16k deficit was done earlier as there is no clear way of distributing revenue. Split ayyaka more companies moved thier head quarters to AP and revenue became clear. Though I hated it, center did right thing in giving Hyd to T. Without hyd, AP revenue is almost same as T with Hyd or more. It is slight Injustice to AP but other solutions would be devastating to T.
Next year budget also AP is projecting surplus budget.
I agree with you that center can be strict or lineant on these guidelines. Runamaphi ki center said no then bob said we will do using state funds. They said do as your wish ani ippudu nokkaru. No body is to blame for it. Idhe pani mana cbn cheste time ki vatha pettadu antaru.
Modi govt is being prudent everywhere also. Inka statues leka special package Lantivi common. Prathi govt ki pet projects common.
