Update on Vizag.. Collector had meetings with credai members.. Collector says a lot of demand in areas like Madhuravada, atchutapuram etc and asks credai members to pool 100 - 200 acres and build colonies like MIG LIG etc.. Collector thinks people are travelling 70 km to work at brandix (for example) and if these colonies are made then people will move there. Credai members doesn't see that oppurtunity.. They tell collector to acquire land and they can build the houses for price and government can sell the houses.. Collector/Govt doesn't want to take up that and he tried to convince credai members to pool money and build which they are not interested.. Also discussions are on vacant land tax and service tax.. collector responded positively.. | ||
