Chaala mandi builders chepparu whether it is real wood or engineered unless we ask them as both items are considered as wood. and they charge real wood price for engineered wood. Also, whats your take on this house? permanent or will sell say after 4 or 5 yrs?? if you are planning for permanent - then get things done you like and the way you want, if you plan to sell after 4 or 5 yrs, then go for default on everything. |

Annais, Thanks for your inputs on finding new homes in Dallas. I'm about to finalize beazer homes in Lakeview at Sunset Pointe of Little Elm under Frisco ISD. Its in my budget and the lot is open in all the directions. Interiors ki appointment vundhi. What are the mandatory things that I should make use of the money that builders are providing. I'm thinking Wooden floor, Granite counter tops in Bath rooms (Kitchen builder is providing). Also mee experience tho salaha ivvandi .... Third party Inspection eppudu cheyinchukovali and other checking that I need to take care during construction. |
