I heard about this organization through my brother's involvement in a NY based service organization which raises money through various fund raising events here in NY and distributes that money to the organizations like 'Akshaya Kshetram' in India and here in US. | ||

I believe it is same one near thiruchanur side... chala sarlu vella and unnadantlo every year donating.. trust me.. when u visit tirupati.. plse have sometime to visit this place.. valla kids US settled anukunta.. they hail from Guntur.. unna money tho start chesaru.. ippudu too good funds.. TTD agreed to fund them 10 lkh/yr anukunta... and they get food directly from them every day.. as free meal... hatsoff ... | ||

This article only talks about Akshaya Kshetram ... They started this service journey almost 50 years ago when he left a secure job to dive full time into service based in Delhi .appudu .free prosthetics for the disabled (Jaipur foot) and other programs run chese vallu before moving to Tirupathi ...it was a learning experience to watch them from close quarters while we lived in Delhi ! And visiting both the Akshaya Kshetram centres ..Commitment, dedication, service makes those visits feel like I have visited a temple/ashram - a spiritual experience ...
